Please note that Graffiti & Gold is a sub-brand under Bay's Style Diary.
There are no refunds available for purchased products. Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase in re-sellable condition. If you are not happy with your purchase you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org with description of issue and order number and we will contact you within 24hours.
We are not responsible for return shipping fees, or lost packages so we suggest if using U.S Postal service, you keep your shipping receipt for your records and purchase tracking information for your protection. Exchanges will only be issued once item is recieved in re-sellable condition. Please allow 5-10 days to process your exchange.
When exchanging your item, please send a detailed email including color, style, size of the item you wish to receive instead, and we will process your request with no additional shipping charges. Please also include request in shipping package.
Availability of an item you would like is not guarenteed. You will notified if this item is sold out or on back order. If you have any questions or concerns please contact email@example.com.
Order ships within 1-2 days of purchase. May ship same day if item is in stock right away. We generally ship to all countries. You are responsible for any custom, taxes or out of country fees your government may incur on your purchase. Please allow at least 10 days to receive shipment depending on what country you are ordering from.
All packages are shipped through the U.S Postal Service.
When returning, please note you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from your country.
Refund Policy -
Please expect to get your refund within 3-5 business days on the same way you purchased your products. Please note that accessories are NON-REFUNDABLE.
